To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 所謂「米之蓮一星」,除了環境是可以,食物非常一般,服務就 🤦🏻‍♂️ 價錢雖然不是最貴,但只可以說是完全不值 👎🏼不知道是否現今難請人問題,還是培訓質素問題!每一次放低既點心或菜,都一定係放係我右手邊,如果我察覺唔到,就一定掃左落地下!還有就係差不多每個員工都笑容欠奉,可能係疫情關係,開工少咗,影響收入之故!但食物質素真係唔可能有「米之蓮一星」尤其欖菜肉鬆豆腐,完全食唔到欖菜味道,蟹肉粟米羮就淡而無味,反而有既係鯹味 🤦🏻‍♂️ 比較好既係煎腸粉!
