To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早兩年嘉麟樓月餅供不應求,啲人高價搶購,老闆都送咗盒嘉麟樓月餅俾我,外形除咗樣衰兼象腳,奶黃餡太過奶味唔夠香滑,並不好食,今年因為疫情關係,出邊大把貨冇人搶購,有朋友送咗一盒俾我,包裝一流好靚,有兩層可以兩邊推開,雖然今年個樣比舊年好好多,只有少許象腳,但味到依舊太過奶味,唔夠香滑,切咗一個皮肉分離,再切第二個就好些少,有時名牌並不一定係好
