
首先試既,係佢最出名既片皮鴨,佢既片皮鴨好多都係連肉既,如果淨皮既就唔多。味道方面,烤得唔錯既,幾脆口既!但對比起其他,例如有d餐廳片皮鴨仲有一陣酒糟既味道,呢度就無喇。另外喺皮方面,唔知點解佢全部皮都茶左一陣油喺上面,食完之後隻手好油!



除左皮片鴨之外,佢其他既小菜都唔錯!特別係佢個咕嚕肉,除左夠熱,佢個表面仲炸得好脆,其實都幾正!
To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
