To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 三姊妹相约於此午饍,喜歡這裏多點心選擇,水盡有保証,現在做近懷舊點心,芝麻卷好有芝麻味,炸蟹拑ok,煎糯米雞一般,都是食蒸好些有荷葉味,去看推車仔,發現瑤柱蒸柚皮,我每次見到柚皮我一定叫食,想起外婆已前好喜歡煮俾我吔食,好好食,家姐記起用猪油渣,脆脆地,猪油香加蝦米,以前瑤柱蝦子不像現在咁普遍,簡單食材已制做好味餸菜,再記起外婆的咸/甜糭,年糕、炸角仔,蘿蔔糕都是佢教家姐整,好多回憶……最後叫咗家姐一定叫的腐竹薏米糖水,新出脆皮杏仁梳夫里一
