大熱天時開住冷氣打邊爐係香港人傳統,收工個陣條邊爐癮起,即刻睇下附近有冇乜好地方止下癮,揾下揾下就見到呢間香江花月,就衝上去睇下有冇位。去到門口就已經有摩登既感覺,香江花月裝修走八十年代風格,枱櫈擺設都模仿當年既味道,而且每張枱空間好大,放滿全桌邊爐料都卓卓有餘,枱與枱之間都有距離,感覺好舒服。香江花月湯底足足有十二款,好多都好有特色,不過今晚我哋想簡簡單單,點左個秘製花雕豬肚湯,湯底配料相當豐富,鋪滿枝竹,豬肚多到食唔哂,飲落花雕同藥材味好足之餘,仲有胡椒味。打邊爐當然唔少得食牛,叫左一大碟美國安格斯肥牛同牛脷滿足下,肥牛油花漂亮,食落軟糯牛味多,牛脷厚切口感彈牙。之後追加白鱔片,白鱔大大塊,淥熟唔會縮埋一舊,食落無骨有口感。最特別係皮蛋蝦滑,自己DIY將皮滑同蝦滑混合,兩種不同口感既彈牙一齊食,係一種新鮮既體驗。
