To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一入到門口見到一個電影主題,裝修好似已前戲院的情懷 ,加上入面的懷舊裝修加上 地方非常之闊落。秘製鮑魚雞煲(中辣):用秘製汁包圍住所有雞,唔會有雪味,雞件很大舊, 人頭一隻鮑魚感覺好有霸氣。 洋蔥不是配角,我覺得係主角嘅其中一部分,索曬所有雞汁,非常美味。海鮮拼盤:鯪魚滑,大蝦,蠔,脘魚片,大蜆,全部海鮮都新鮮,尤其是鯪魚滑,好彈牙,魚味足夠, 有大半隻手掌嘅蠔,無腥味。食完曬之後再落其他肉,令到個湯好鮮甜。任食安格斯肥牛:肥瘦分佈鮮明,入口即溶,好重牛肉味,基本上每人可以食到4至5碟。其他丸,雲吞,炸響鈴等,其實都好多種類因為太飽關係,我哋叫咗唔係太多驚食唔哂。涼粉菠蘿紅豆冰:來一個降溫甜品, 足夠四五個人的份量,花奶好重,帶出菠蘿紅豆涼粉嘅味道,同時間大量碎冰系底,令到成件事心都涼曬。
