To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 雞煲食到咁上下,店員會幫我地將未食完既雞煲換成碗上
因為不停淥住,D雞會變O鞋的~

呢個時候,就可以揀另一個湯底同打邊爐的料~
因為雞煲幾濃味,我地就揀左個清清地香茜皮蛋湯底

有魚,有蝦,有大隻蜆,仲有蠔添~
海鮮基本上都好新鮮,仲有冰鎮住~

但那個蠔,因為連殼,其實唔係幾想成個放落個湯度
最後,我地都係起左殼先放的~

牛是這裏的主打 (也是香港人打邊爐的最愛呀)
因為是安格斯牛呀~仲係任食
牛肉比平時的肥牛好好多,無咁多肥膏
色澤又靚,仲唔會雪到硬崛崛~ 而且入口真係好嫩滑

另一個必食的,當然係第2主打的西班牙黑豚肉
色澤粉嫩粉嫩的,外表已經很討好~
肉也切得很薄,快熟,嫩滑之餘比牛肉多了點彈性,高質肉黎~

最驚喜,係最尾的這個懷舊雜果紅荳涼粉冰
冰混和上面的配料一齊食,甜度剛好
打完邊爐後來個透心涼的冰冰真係超級爽呀~

基本上尼度既食物質素都幾好
不過雞煲加邊爐對我地女仔黎講太多了
如果可分拆雞煲餐和邊爐餐就更好
