To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食完精彩嘅法包後,就走過對面老趙老舖食正餐。諗起自己細細個嗰陣成日同阿爸阿媽"撻拖"落嚟食,好懷念...人算幾多,大部份都似係專登入嚟食,食食吓仲見到要等位添,可見有麝自然香...同女友諗住食得簡單D,只係叫咗扎肉凍檬、三寶飯及粉包。粉包皮煙韌,餡份量適中,配合精彩絕倫嘅特製魚露,無得彈...講起呢個魚露就真係無得傾,一睇色水就知佢掂,指天椒及酸瓜碎份量十足,但啖落又唔會過酸及過甜,係有生以來食過最好嘅魚露。我同女友竟然夠膽差唔多倒晒人哋成樽魚露,實在太誇張..有咗呢樽魚露,基本上乜嘢都可以變成佳餚。凍檬大大碗,檬粉算煙韌,配上魚露,good..三寶係豬扒,雞翼及扎肉。師傅非常聰明地將豬扒片得薄薄,令到豬扒變得更入味,食到啃晒手指;雞翼好"香茅",醃得夠味,心諗都好耐未食過咁香茅嘅雞翼..埋單一百蚊有找,雖然對好多人嚟講,呢度地點係比較隔涉,但淨係為咗個魚露都值得入嚟..P.S. 以後都唔會再去山林道嗰兩間分店,要食就情願行遠d嚟呢度..
