To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 終於可以一試火水爐了,懷舊而走本土風的裝修早已令它岀名。更好的是餐廳走任食路線,價格較穩定,不怕男生來到吃不飽。最適合一大班朋友會吹水食。而今晩我們吃了早鳥時段,8時半前結帳的安格斯海鮮火鍋任食餐只需 $238/位,包海鮮配料還有汽水任飲呢!醬油每位 $12先來一碟小食,就是魚蛋和炸燒賣。果然走香港路線。然後便是鮑魚雞煲,不吃辣的更可走辣。餐廳也很認真,把計時器放在枱上,告知我們最佳的食用時間。雞肉要趕快吃掉,因為焗久了便會減少嫩滑感。鮑魚也煮得腍而入味,真是好味。湯底是香茜皮蛋湯,夠清甜。海鮮拼盤非常豐富,帆立貝、脆鯇片、廣島蠔、蝦、花甲和沙。鮮甜彈牙,打邊爐必備。當然少不了鮮嫩的美國安格斯牛西班牙黑毛豬丸類有驚喜,除了普通的丸外,更有陳皮魚蛋、粟米貢丸、龍蝦沙拉丸和爆漿魚丸。吃時要很小心,因為丸裡的餡熱騰騰的很易燙嘴唷!蔬菜、粉麵和其他火鍋配料應有盡有。最後大家也吃到飽,然後店員説還有甜品。竟然不是平時放題的杯裝雪糕,而是一大盤的紅豆椰果紅豆冰!吃完真的透心涼,可以開心回家了。
