環境好懷舊,係香港老店,令人感覺溫暖舒適。我更喜歡侍應的服務,全部都係有經歷的,有種親切感。太平館瑞士雞翼 $95/4隻 比起牛河個瑞士汁,雞翼的瑞士汁甜少少,個人覺得更加正,唔會好甜,個雞皮好入味,上色靚,但雞翼肉唔算好入味,而且肉質唔夠嫩滑,係個種老港式的鹵雞翼咁,個讚係俾個汁嘅。太平館瑞士汁炒牛河 $128個牛河超讚,牛肉極嫩滑軟腍,口感好又入味,用同樣的瑞士汁炒河唔會好甜,也不太油,食完唔會膩,炒河唔算好爽,但已經做得好,唔會炒到爛哂,連個菜芯沾左瑞士汁都特別好味。太平館式焗梳乎厘 $148超級極大的梳乎厘,仲大過個頭,好似藍球咁大,今次食空氣都飽,梳乎厘好輕盈,充滿蛋香,口感軟綿綿好似食空氣與綿花糖咁,重點係放到我地食完,都唔會因出爐後的溫度影響而縮細,放耐左都仍然保持脹卜卜大大個。
