最近到了一家名為「懷舊火鍋店」的餐廳,這裡的裝潢和氛圍都讓人感覺像是置身於香港的70/80年代。收銀台放置了懷舊喇叭、電話等物品,讓人感受到懷舊的氣息,非常有趣。整個餐廳的氛圍都讓人感覺很舒適,彷彿回到了過去。這家餐廳的招牌火鍋湯底「日本牛乳玫瑰鍋」挺值得推薦。這道湯底使用了日本北海道全脂牛奶,濃郁的乳香和淡淡的玫瑰香氣滋味而不邪惡,飲用這道湯品,真的能夠舒緩壓力和疲勞,非常適合當做冬天的暖身湯。身為喜歡牛肉的人,當然要點這家餐廳的「牛肉拼盤叫香江併」,賣相首先很吸晴,而且還讓人一次過試到了牛柳粒、牛小腿、牛舌、牛脷、牛柏葉和安格斯肥牛等多種牛肉,每種牛肉都有自己獨特的口感和風味,尤其牛柳粒,牛味香濃,油脂香四溢,另外牛舌都挺出色,薄薄一塊,一涮即熟,口感彈牙,味道香甜。還有「七色餃」也是一道非常特別的菜式。這道餃子的餡料有野生松茸、粟米豬肉、蟹肉黑松露和和牛香茜等多種食材,每一種口感都非常獨特。尤其是蟹肉黑松露的味道,簡直是讓人欲罷不能。飲品賣相和味道都很有質素,「鳳琉香」有著清新的菠蘿香氣,「香江幻」充滿乳酪香,酸酸甜甜又creamy,不會太過甜膩。
