To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 牛肉同黑毛豬好快就黎打頭陣
一次上哂四碟肉,而且肉既份量絕對唔係一人得一塊咁少
鋪滿成個碟,仲要大大塊,而且質素睇落非常唔錯,見到都覺得可以大拆一餐

😋本人意見係...整體肉質最好既係牛小排,睇到佢塊塊都雪花均衡,冇咩筋位。脂肪位喺兩側,而且唔會太多。咁大塊牛肉,淥完都冇好油同好韌,確實唔錯。

😋比較有咬口但牛味重d既牛頸脊肉。好似牛小排咁,雪花唔少,但就會見到佢既筋位。但呢部分既肉係愈o趙愈有牛味,而且筋位都唔會咬極唔爛。想食牛味重d既,可以試呢隻肉。

😋而比較林身嫩口既係牛板腱。呢個位我都唔係好肯定自己之前有冇食過。肉睇落唔似牛小排咁多雪花,而且正中間仲有粒軟骨咁既樣。但係淥完食落,除左粒軟骨,成塊肉都係比較軟林,我覺得都幾好食。

黑毛豬既肉質都唔錯,淥完林身唔會韌。其他配料就都唔錯丫,蘿蔔冇渣、菜同菇都幾新鮮、響鈴雖然唔係即炸,但都脆口冇通風。

Service方面,餐廳既人都勤快,野食同飲品黎得快,叫人就有大應,有吉碟都會好快收走。餐枱邊有貼紙寫住不可食剩,否則續gram計
聽落好harsh,但唔眼闊肚窄徙野食,係食飯既人既素質黎

至於環境,有個得意既地方係,冷氣機對位對得幾準。吹爐但又唔會吹正人,冷氣好似開到好勁,但食住野唔會凍,唔會吹到頭都凍,又唔會食到出哂汗。可能個位度左好奈
