陪老公去佐敦裕華買嘢,之後帶左我去莊士敦廣場的新新酒樓食晚飯,老公一向喜歡上酒樓食中菜,說新新酒樓是之前明星飯堂新樂酒樓的重開店,廚師和員工全是舊夥計,所以味道依舊不變。今晚就讓我們撐下枱腳享受一下!酒樓地方整潔,座位寬敞舒適,門前還貼有數十年前新樂酒樓開張時,明星到場恭賀的舊照。脆皮燒雞半隻:色澤金黃,外脆內嫩,幹香鮮鹹,壽筵喜宴不可缺少。北菇紅燒豆腐:酒樓亦設有數款素食菜式,方便食客,豆腐先炸後炆煮,入味又滑溜,北菇厚肉爽口。薑蔥粉絲魚雲煲:用瓦煲盛載上枱時,熱騰騰的發出啫啫聲,魚雲先炸至金黃色,再用薑蔥回穫爆炒炆煮,好夠穫氣,並加入粉絲同煮。粉絲吸收魚鮮味和醬汁,爽口又惹味!魚雲又香又滑。乾燒伊麵:記得小時後去飲宴,最後一定有這伊麵,份量夠大碟,炒得乾身入味,軟硬適中,草菇爽口。
