朋友推薦的這家新新酒樓,由於疫情延至當日才跟太太去試試酒樓面積不大,同時間了2間包箱太太點的都是她在其他餐廳常吃的菜式鹵水掌翼鹵水味濃,份量亦頗多,味道算不錯菠蘿生炒骨咕嚕汁酸甜開胃,而生炒骨鮮嫩多汁,挺不錯蒜香一口骨蒜片把豬骨炸的很香口,豬油香加上入口即溶口感,值得一食啫啫滑雞煲瓦煲非常熱,雞件既新鮮又嫩滑,煲底的香蔥及花生很入味,配飯一流即蒸絲苗白飯食中餐怎可以沒有米飯,而這裡的更是即叫即蒸,飯香十足汽水我們都不大喜歡喝茶,因此加兩罐汽水,配合味道濃郁的餸菜一流整體感覺不錯,地點亦方便,在附近逛街的可以來試試

連鎖式酒樓無論款式還是味道全部都一式一樣,所以今次就去了這間位於佐敦的新新酒樓,有別於連鎖酒樓,這裏的小菜款式很多,有多款的海鮮及特價小菜,走平民路線。茶位每位$12,另外還有芥費$10碟及加一。燻蹄外皮爽口,配上醋汁,是一個美味的前菜。懷舊金錢雞咁大個女都未食過金錢雞,終於有機會一試,用了豬肉及肥膏包著中間的雞膶,加上蜜汁後如叉燒般燒至外帶焦香,入口有點似食叉燒,但中間的雞膶獨突味道,整件肥而不膩。粟米斑塊炸至金黃香脆,粉漿很薄,魚肉厚身,粟米汁另上,不會浸腍炸魚塊,即使食到最後斑塊仍然保持香脆。翠玉瓜芥茉牛柳粒少許的辛辣味,牛柳粒入味又腍,薯仔及翠玉瓜爽口。竹笙如意燒豆腐豆腐嫩滑,加上爽脆的菇,竹笙吸收了醬汁味,整體清新又健康。最後送上充滿臭草香味的綠豆沙。最後值得一讚是店員服務周到貼心。

今天佐敦收工,同事提議就在附近的新新酒樓食晚飯,有人推介最好不過。疫情下酒樓防疫措施做足。看看推介,酒樓正在做超值晚飯自選餐,都幾吸引,有龍蝦、有斑、有湯、有自選小菜,都係講緊每位168,都真係幾抵食。超值晚飯自選餐两位起每位$168上湯焗開邊龍蝦(每位半隻)啖啖龍蝦肉,用上蒜蓉調味,彈牙又惹味,肉厚有飽肚感。即日燉靚湯(位)先來燉湯,滋潤一下。我們兩個人所以可以點兩款自選小菜(每位一款),清蒸沙巴虎斑仔和黑椒茄子牛仔骨煲;清蒸沙巴虎斑仔大條,肉厚又嫩滑,蒸得剛好沒有過火,淋上蒸魚豉油更加惹味,下飯一流。黑椒茄子牛仔骨煲,茄子和牛仔骨份量多,而且有鑊氣,茄子掛汁又軟稔,牛仔骨香口又入味。我們還不夠喉,另再點了一隻紅燒脆皮乳鴿$52,不算大隻但燒的可口,外皮香脆,金黃油潤,肉質腍嫩多汁,都夠入味。最後店員送上番薯糖水,好足料,吃得飽飽,十分滿足。

約了朋友來個簡單的2人晚餐, 這天剛好在尖沙咀工作, 選了鄰近的佐敦區落腳. 這家新新酒樓朋友在搬舖來這裡前吃過評價不錯. 看過菜單, 價格比想像中實惠經濟, 最後選了食評裡較多人好評的片皮鴨, 正好有晚飯孖寶, 價格超荀. 晚飯孖寶選了蒸元貝及片皮鴨, 上桌的是4大隻元貝, 蒸出來的效果不錯. 元貝大隻又鮮味. 主角的片皮鴨上桌, 餅皮用了蒸籠上桌, 上桌時熱騰騰. 配料上有青瓜, 蔥, 蒜.由於有一整隻片皮鴨, 每人最少吃上6,7件. 外皮脆, 油香不錯, 肉略厚. 整體水平合格有餘.     整晚只吃了2道主菜, 自然要追加一道, 便選了加$50的一鴨二食. 七彩炒鴨絲. 不浪費地用上鴨殼上剩餘的鴨肉去炒, 蔬菜炒得脆身好吃, 配上鴨肉很好. 埋單的價格連上今晚帶上的紅酒開瓶費$50, 不需$500, 十分超值抵吃, 值得經常來光顧.
