今晚和友人在佐敦想找中式美食。然後看見在商場的樓上有酒家。天氣轉凍,友人對於酒家的煲仔飯非常感興趣。於是點了臘味煲仔飯,然後看見旁邊那桌有即場切的片皮鴨,於是非常心動,見到有套餐價,於是便點了一客片皮鴨配鮑魚。片皮鴨會即場在我們面前切出來,非常有趣和味道水準也一流。另外再來一碟咕嚕肉,開胃又甜甜的,整個煲仔飯都用來佐飯,幾乎清碟。可惜我和友人沒有第三個胃,不然,一定會嚐嚐新推出的羊腩煲,相信非常暖胃。

兩位朋友在英國回流返香港,說很想念酒樓熱熱鬧鬧的感覺,就和她們到佐敦這間酒樓吃一噸晚餐。【是日精選靚湯】是花生蠶豆瘦肉湯,老火湯真的不常喝到,而且調味不濃,就是很香花生味道。【蜜汁叉燒】當然是必點的,燒味還真是港人最愛,這個叉燒蜜味十足,不過有些比較乾,而半肥瘦的就最合我口味。【野菌紅燒豆腐】豆腐有一陣微微鑊氣的香味,外皮索滿了醬汁,中間滑嫩,在家裡就很難整到。【蒜茸炒豆苗】清淡簡單,蒜香味香,又不會太油膩。其實這裡海鮮更出名,可惜朋友敏感,下次再來要試試海鮮。

和家人吃了頓不貴的生日飯,我們叫了不少菜式,有海鮮又鮑魚,亦不忘有營飲食,整體來說還是挺均衡的。前菜花生十分香脆!紅燒脆皮乳鴿即叫即炸,皮脆肉嫩,細細隻容易食,不太漏。白飯軟硬適中竹苼羅漢上素顏色多,有菇菜心木耳粟米仔芽菜雪耳等,特別勾起人胃口。最喜歡爽口的竹苼索滿汁,份外入味。蠔皇七頭南非鮮鮑扣玉掌鮑掌都炆得軟糯,口感帶煙靭,富彈性,得細意品味。金蒜蒸元貝喜歡蒜蓉粉絲蒸的組合,特別清甜,加入蔥花,肉挺厚,亦有鮮味。白粥煲得ok綿送的糖水是西米露,熱騰騰挺甜。食後感:出品水準穩定,價錢合理,地方好找,交通超方便的。
