To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 特别推薦手切系列的牛肉,如嫩滑的封門柳、有嚼勁的牛板腱和牛小排,以及脂香濃郁的安格斯三角肩肉。  
而其他配料亦見心思,例如幾款不同的手製餃子皮薄餡足,甚是滿足;
而丸類雖選擇不多,但連牛丸也是選用振興牛丸;
可見食材均精心細選,而非選用佳x的便宜貨呢。

這間不但提供生啤及啤酒任飲,更有多款ᴄᴏᴄᴋᴛᴀɪʟꜱ任飲呢!
ᴄᴏᴄᴋᴛᴀɪʟ配麻甩火鍋我倒是未試過呢~
相信一眾酒鬼光是來淨喝酒已足夠回本了,
而我是晚仍要上班,因此只好適可而止了。
最後更會送上一大碗"唔係太甜"的仙草芋圓糖水
符合現今的口味標準,很適合飲飽食醉後的完美收尾啊。
