有位好友想搵我吐苦水🥲搵左間有特式既港式火鍋店食野同佢盡訴心中情❤️舖頭由裏到外各處都有香港特色的舊式佈置，鍾意影相📸️打卡既人就岩哂黎，包括我朋友😂清熱椰子雞湯鍋（半隻）鍋中椰子🥥和雞🐔份量都好足最精華係鍋中雞湯我同朋友都飲左唔少碗滋潤下自己酒香陳年花雕浸牛肉牛肉酒香味濃碌熟牛肉後當中既酒香仍然存在另外薄度適中打邊爐岩岩好而且食完唔覺太飽濟牛胸尖上碟望落有少少似魚生🫠煮熟後食落口感有少少似花膠十分爽口蝦丸（墨魚+蝦肉）彈牙而口感豐富的丸而且味道比平時食啲丸好味好多牛骨濃汁牛丸必試既丸類之一彈牙爆汁而且丸內有一細舊軟牛骨口感多層次即炸響鈴/炸魚皮喜歡打邊爐食炸嘢都必叫炸皮浸入湯中比出面無咁易淋咬落清脆最後仲有叫左我哋想食既炸枝竹同鴨血結束我哋既晚餐😛
