To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同朋友出旺角打邊爐，對方話搵咗一間好得意嘅火鍋餐廳，去到餐廳樓下，又真係幾特別。門口設計好似80、90年代嘅戲院，周圍仲掛咗好昔日人手畫嘅戲院海報，好令人懷念。上到餐廳樓上，全部都係折枱，餐餐碟碟都好好舊式，但係新淨既，睇得出店主既用心，好正既feel 💓💓 我哋都係食安格斯火鍋任食套餐( 258元)當中包含一款小食原來係炸魚蛋同炸燒賣，炸得外脆內軟，點汁食，惹味到飛起。食完小食再上雞煲我哋要咗小辣，但已經好惹味，汁係偏辣不是偏甜，所以食到最後係有啲覺得好辣。醬汁調教得黏稠度剛好，唔會覺得成口醬或太水，非常好。雞肉入味，肉質嫩😋煲入面一人有隻鮑魚，好正湯底叫了招牌番茄蟹鍋足料一隻大蟹滾起之後，我哋放入其他海鮮同埋魷魚片，令湯底更鮮味食材都頗新鮮，除咗一開始嘅海鮮盤之外，其他都可以任叫任食。海鮮盤有8隻蝦有蠔、有大蜆、有脆鯇… 食物新鮮，特別係魷魚片好厚但爽口彈牙。墨丸貢丸唔係一團粉個種，入面有粒粒，味道好鮮。雲吞水餃皮夠薄，食多2隻都唔會好滯。最尾我有食湯底的大蟹，勁多肉，好鮮味! 最後來碗涼粉冰做結尾紅豆好大粒，好甜配涼粉，生果，有口感又好味以前細個阿媽成日買涼粉，當時
