To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近襯住假期 又同小胖女去元朗喪食話說每次去元朗其實都幾苦惱 因為元朗真係一個美食寶藏 好野食實在太多 間間餐廳都想試下 但實情胃就只得一個幾經思量 我地揀左一間好出名既老字號車仔麵店 永年士多中午既永年門外已經排住長長既人龍 舖面懷舊得黎又有幾分咁潮味 似係翻新過車仔餸既種類勁多 務求一次過試到十個以上既餸 我同小胖女揀左最多餸既懷舊大碗車仔麵 再加多件"茶記精選"油多一齊share 大碗麵有齊豬紅,豬腸,白蘿蔔,咖哩陳皮魚蛋,水魷魚,雞翼,雞翼尖,紅腸,豬皮,同農場菜心雞翼同雞翼尖滑得黎又夠晒入味 豬皮同豬腸就好爽口! 咁當然車仔麵最緊要係個湯底啦 永年個湯底非常濃郁 但又唔會過咸 加左小辣 份外惹味 難怪咁多人幫襯
