過嚟深水埗買咗對靚喇叭,行到攰攰哋竟然見到老字號1956年經已開業嘅「雪山冰廳」,咁當然要入去試吓啦。而我哋嘅坐位正正對住「雪山王」壁畫。餐牌上有嗰同嘅套餐同埋小菜,而我就揀咗幾款。招牌海南雞飯,食落油飯香軟、雞肉嫩滑,色香味十足。鐵板蝦米肉碎啫啫芥蘭,離遠已經聞到陣香味啦,好多蝦米啊,蝦米味滲咗落啲芥蘭度,好香口啊!除咗主菜,仲叫咗幾款小食,避風塘生炸雞髀,趁熱食隻大雞髀先,啖啖肉之餘,避風塘式實在係太惹味。櫻花蝦炒蛋多士,啲炒得蛋好滑。叻沙摻摻,足料得嚟湯底夠香濃,絕對有馬拉風味啊。仲叫咗杯飲品,華田曲奇秒趣,勁多cream係面,cream好幼滑,個人覺得先試一啖cream,先將佢同華田溝埋飲仲正!
