今日同朋友一齊去試咗呢間冰室,好難得見到冰室有川渝香鍋賣,所以決定試吓。自選左四樣餸,包括有魷魚、海蝦、萵筍同埋寬粉,上到嚟大大碟,份量基本上足夠兩個人食有餘,味道係十分正宗嘅川渝麻辣味,叫咗小辣,辣度啱啱好可以接受,麻度就少啲,但係啲餸好入味,味道比較偏香辣,入面有芫荽花生同埋白芝麻,完全可以將個香味吊晒出嚟。另外甜品就試咗佢個榛子醬西多士,榛子醬係流心嘅,一切開就流咗出嚟,仲有牛油同楓糖漿任你選擇,真係好好食呀 continue reading

今日去左深水埗既雪山冰廳,網上推介炸雞髀西多士好受歡迎,所以今日特登去試下。由於自己一個去食,所以點餐不太多再加上當時有下午茶,所以點左炸雞髀同乾炒豬扒公仔麵加一杯咖啡。先講炸雞髀,外皮炸得不是拍片中金黃,而且咬落去覺得有啲油膩,雞肉尚算嫩滑,不過調味略嫌單調,只係將隻炸雞髀炸完然後再寄雞俾上面放大量炸蒜,賴係有避風塘嘅效果,唔係唔好食,但係普通,35蚊一隻我可以選擇其他更好嘅,豬扒炒公仔麵方面,麵條炒得乾身,口感偏韌,醬汁味道尚可,以下午茶嘅質素都算係咁。整體嚟講,兩款味道未預期話真係甘特別,未能突顯茶餐廳嘅特色。餐廳環境尚算整潔,服務員態度親切,食物上菜速度可以接受。價格方面,與一般茶餐廳相若,但冇咩性價比。希望餐廳能調整炸雞髀嘅油炸時間,減少油膩感;豬扒炒公仔麵嘅醬汁可以增加一啲香料或配菜,提升味道嘅層次。雖然今次用餐體驗未如理想,但我相信餐廳有潛力改進,期待下次能品嚐到更出色的菜式。 continue reading
