To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同朋友去旺角煙廠街一間以70年代作為裝飾主題嘅茶餐廳晚飯,去感受一下70年代嘅氣氛,晚上佢地有任食任飲任食安格斯海鮮火鍋任食套餐前菜小食呢個小食有魚蛋同埋炸燒賣,同佢餐廳嘅裝修非常之夾,完全感受到70年代大排檔嘅風味豪華花膠麻辣雞煲因為我哋預先訂位,所以餐廳送呢一個花膠雞煲,花膠真係好大隻一,我哋要咗小辣,味道唔錯,雞都好滑芫荽皮蛋鍋食完雞煲,可以再揀湯底,另外換一個鍋,我地揀左芫荽皮蛋鍋,感覺冇咁熱氣,呢個湯底除咗用原條嘅芫荽煲湯之外,仲會將部份芫荽搗碎落去煲,所以會見到湯面有啲綠色,所以個湯嘅芫荽味非常之香海鮮拼盤個拼盤包括件脆肉鯇魚片,蠔,蜆,蝦,兩個字,新鮮牛肉呢個套餐有兩款牛肉可以任叫嘅,一個係美國安格斯牛小排,另一個係美國珍寶肥牛,個人特別喜歡牛小排見佢嘅脂肪分布非常平均,唔會太肥特色甜品呢個甜品又係另一心水喜愛,有涼粉,紅豆,菠蘿喺刨冰上面,加少少花奶攪勻就可以食啦,非常滋味
