To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚黎到呢間火水爐懷舊冰室食雞煲邊爐。店嘅門面營造到好似昔日嘅戲院門口,好懷舊風。上樓梯時店內懷舊冰室嘅裝修風格,完全想像唔到我係黎呢度打邊爐。只要前一日訂座,就會有鮑魚雞煲食。食完就選湯底再打邊爐。麻辣雞煲可以選辣度,鮑魚手掌心甘大啦。前菜炸物: 魚蛋、炸雲吞、燒賣。食左一半左右,店員會用另一隻碗撈雞,換番湯底,皮蛋芫茜湯。附送:人頭量海鮮拼盤。任食安格斯牛肉:色澤鮮明,肉有牛味唔韌。黑毛豬:好大一塊。火鍋配料:玉米貢丸、龍蝦沙拉丸都幾好味。稻庭烏冬任食超正。最後仲有甜品送番。懷舊甜品:紅豆菠蘿涼粉,幾大碗。
