朋友去到上環想食中餐多過西餐,去完PMQ後行下行下就去到呢間咁有舊香港格調既上海菜館,一於試試先。雖然已經開始有點秋意,但去到中上環,點都要點返支啤酒,啤一啤,加點醉意先。先來d涼菜試一試。 份量都唔算細。花彫醉雞一上桌已經好香酒味,而上海烤“夫”係手撕的,好有口感再來2個招牌既雲吞,叫左菜肉雲吞同法國鵝肝有機紫洋蔥雲吞。前者好有媽媽既味道後者好特別,啖啖鵝肝既香同濃,好得意最後食埋蝦仁蛋白粉飯來個終結。
