To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 香港老飯店,主打正宗上海菜。今次選擇咗位於尖沙咀嘅香港老飯店。裝修有傳統風格,感覺舒適有氣派。醉豬手,入口帶酒香,口感爽脆,酒味剛剛好,不會太濃。合桃燻蛋,流心嘅蛋漿,煙燻味濃,與合桃味道非常之夾。鎮江餙肉,瘦肉香酥,皮色晶瑩,佐以鎮江香醋有畫龍點睛之效。樟茶鴨,帶著茶香味,皮酥肉嫩﹐鹹鮮香濃。鮑魚紅燒肉,鮑魚濃郁入味而不膩,紅燒肉肥瘦適中,再加上翠綠的青菜陪襯。小籠包,皮薄包著鮮甜湯汁,配上脂香豐腴的肉餡,非常美味。生煎包,外皮軟熟,包底脆,湯汁鮮甜有肉味。芝麻湯圓,甜度適中。酒釀丸子,丸子入口煙韌,咬口十足,配上酒糟,味道酸中帶甜。高力豆沙,脹卜卜,軟綿綿,豆沙餡比例適中。
