To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the League Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚係尖沙咀分行聚會,見番一班老屎忽(我自己都係其中之一個),所以近近地book咗附近呢一間中菜🥢7:00準時到達,坐左15分鐘終於齊人,開始點餐🤗🤗🤗青島啤酒,叫半打我哋兩個人飲,服務員砰砰鵬鵬就開晒六支,我話我哋兩個人飲點會飲得咁快,做咩同我開晒D啤酒🍻?之後不停講唔好意思,攞個冰桶嚟冰住有用咩?一開波已經扣晒分👎🏻👎🏻花雕醉雞,不過不失啦其實醉雞一般都係用雪藏雞,所以除咗食到有酒味之外,唔會有雞嘅鮮味🤷🏻‍♂️燻蛋,冇乜特別,不過可以一讚係全部都糖心,配菜係蜜糖合桃比主菜好食🤔脆鱔,其實我食唔出係鱔,炸得幾香口,加上黑醋甜甜酸酸,算係今晚幾好食嘅一味餸😅海蜇加上青瓜,一定要盡快食,放一陣就已經成碟都係水😟賽螃蟹又一敗筆,炒得太老,唔夠滑,應該係我記憶之中食過最差嘅一個賽螃蟹🦀️樟茶大鴨,算係幾好,雖然食唔到茶香味,但係唔太肥,而且旁邊饅頭仔都幾好食☺️咕嚕肉,我一直以來最重視就係咕嚕肉,無論係茶餐廳嘅咕嚕肉或者係而家流行嘅冰鎮咕嚕肉,只要有任何一款咕嚕肉,我都會叫黎食...依個咕嚕肉,係我食過最差嘅咕嚕肉,先講豬肉,我食唔出佢用咗邊個部位,通常咕嚕肉會用半肥瘦、生炒骨就會用排骨有軟骨嘅地方,而佢用咗林啤啤嘅豬肉,咬落去好林一pat嘢,仲要個汁都係好差,通常大酒樓咕嚕肉嘅汁係會用山楂,依個咕嚕肉好明顯冇用,完全詆毁咗咕嚕肉!最後係元蹄,一個字”好肥” continue reading

食物失望,松子黃魚很腥,汁太酸。小籠包很一般,X翠小籠包都比他好,D肉好實,烤雙方D汁又太甜。上海粗炒賣相很差,但反而味道OK,全餐只有上海粗炒比較出息,其他的都不好。環境尚算乾淨,母親節週末晚上都有大量空檯。侍應態度一般,不是很好但也不差, 茶都一般,好淡。所有菜式都很油,如果跟老人家去,點菜要小心。去之前對呢間餐廳期望很高,素聞他的菜式quality很好,但非常失望,除了上海粗炒較好外,其他的菜式都不太好。 continue reading

同幾個朋友敘舊,好似好耐冇食過中菜,就決定去香港老飯店。由於都係主力吹水敘舊, 就決定叫幾個餸就算。望完個餐牌,就點咗醬茶鴨、火腿津白、蔡螃蟹同埋燻蛋。 其實餸菜嘅口味同一般上海餐館都係差唔多,但香港老飯店嘅價錢就偏貴。 個人最喜歡燻蛋, 而醬茶鴨個肉質就有少少鞋。但餐飯整體感覺還可以,因為佢哋嘅服務態度非常之好! 如果下次再幫襯,會再試埋佢哋嘅小籠包,生煎包等等嘅點心。 continue reading
