To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 「香港老飯店」以正宗京川滬菜馳名,堅持濃油赤醬本幫菜風格,菜式味道都係以老味派為主樟茶大鴨茶燻味好香,望落好似好乾但肉質其實好嫩滑烤雙方中式包皮入面夾住金華火腿、炸腐皮,再加上蜜汁,咸、香、甜、脆、軟一次過食到無錫脆鱔脆鱔炸得香脆乾身,就算有糖醋汁包住都依然香脆蔥爆牛肉京蔥爆炒後好甜,牛肉亦都濃郁惹味乾煸四季豆本身諗住好濃味,但又無我想像中咁油,四季豆仲食到清甜既味道津白肉絲炒年糕年糕煙韌,津白肉絲都係上海炒年糕必備既食材,整碟味道濃郁冬菇白菜冬菇炆得入味,白菜仔亦都好甜一d草青味都無松子黃魚魚炸得香脆,肉質亦能保持鮮嫩,淋上甜酸醬,經典傳統既味道小籠包每個入面都是滿滿既湯汁,不過略賺個皮厚左d高麗雪糕 & 豆沙一款係蛋白入面放入雪糕,一款係傳統既豆沙餡,兩款都各有特色,兩款都好食環境舒適,食物質素都唔錯,味道真係以老派既味道為主,好濃味,完完整整將京川滬菜傳統既味道呈現卑食客,食完係有d口渴既,但整餐都好滿意

在香港找一間正宗懷舊老牌上海菜已經越來越少。這種來到香港老飯店尖沙咀的分店,環境舒適, 。員工十分友善。水晶肴肉做得十分出色。合桃燻蛋,蛋的煙燻味差了一點,但合桃十分美味。花彫醉雞,酒味剛好而且雞肉嫩滑,十分好吃。

今天在尖沙咀做事,朋友介紹了一家叫做香港老飯店,是飲茶的地方。朋友介紹了,他常常吃的幾道不錯的菜色。醉豬手:豬手處理得非常Q彈,淡淡香的酒香。生煎包:我很確定他那個生煎包的外皮是手工做的非常的有彈性,每一口都是功夫,再加上裡面的肉汁爆開,好香,生煎包的皮煎到恰到好處。合桃燻蛋:核桃果上薄薄的蜜汁非常的酥脆,蛋燻的非常的香。夫妻肺片:滷得非常的入味,切得薄薄的很香口擔擔麵:我喜歡他們的麵條非常的有彈性,我很確定他是手工,湯頭調配的非常好。值得推薦的一家,因為在尖沙咀可以找到一個那麼吃素好的飲茶地方實在是很難得,可惜位子偏僻了一點。

小籠包🐖揀左6隻既份量, 小籠包既外皮薄而有韌性, 摺痕均勻, 可以承受內餡既重量同埋大量既湯汁, 真係好好食😋花彫醉雞🐓($168)份量差唔多有半隻雞, 雞皮好脆身, 肉質嫩滑入曬味, 又係一個出色既前菜🤩松子黃魚🐟($288)炸到脆卜卜再淋上甜酸汁, 完美包裹住每一件魚肉, 加上去左骨所以啖啖肉食好正🥳火腿津白🥬($148)用上湯煮到夠腍身既大白菜配上金華火腿係一流既配搭, 不過火腿就咁單食就鹹左啲, 一定要配菜一齊食😙棗泥鍋餅🫓鍋餅即叫即煎, 外層脆卜卜加上香濃既棗泥帶啲煙韌既口感, 就算外賣拎到返屋企腍左都係好好食😁呢度既菜式每一道都好好食, 個人覺得價錢都幾合理, 所以想食上海菜既朋友可以一試☺️
