To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the League Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚阿仔約食飯,特意介紹「香港老飯店」俾我試吓,話呢度環境有點懷舊得呢,食物出品又幾好,再加上侍應服務簡單舒服,好有家嘅感覺,所以攪到我都好有期待😚之前諗住喺老店,應該會係細細間果隻,入到去真係估唔到咁大,裝修不是奢華但係好企理、好乾淨感覺,特別係洗手間,真係有點意料之外🤣睇佢網頁都會見到有幾多招牌菜介紹,就挑幾個小食開始,睇吓會否帶黎驚喜😉🔻合桃燻蛋擺上枱除咗見到個蛋黃係好流心外,賣相其實係冇乜特別,但當夾起隻蛋放入口之後,真係有WOW factor 感覺,除咗個蛋黃非常非常流心外,個蛋白外表味道非常 Smoky,煙燻味的確芳香😍。至於個合桃亦香甜鬆脆,確實高質👍🔻鎮江餚肉一碟12件,件件都好大好實在,加上薑絲鎮江醋一齊食,好香好滿足😚🔻蜜味烤香方你就當佢係上海三文治咁食吧😂,一件大大面包,裡面包含一大片火腿肉(肉方)及一片炸腐皮(素方),眾所皆知金華火腿質地偏硬及帶鹹味,師傅應該用慢火將佢蒸透後,再用桂花蜜糖醃漬;而素方則採用豆腐皮將佢酥炸。上桌時,用面包加上炸腐皮及桂花清香的火腿肉片合夾後食用,每一口都可感受酥軟、甜鹹兩種對比的滋味,唔係誇張,呢個小吃係我全餐飯嘅 No. 1👍👍👍🔻松子黃魚松子黃魚個人覺得除咗黃花魚要炸到既肉脆又鮮嫩外,個糖醋汁亦扮演一個非常重要地位,整個餸做得不錯嘅,個糖醋汁甜酸度及稠度做得剛好,每件魚花都掛上汁液,雖然冇帶俾我乜嘢驚喜,但總算做到應有水準😋🔻韭黃炒鱔糊炒得好香好有水準,黃鱔片新鮮彈牙,韭黃、蒜蓉加埋個醬汁配搭得完美,一上枱就聞到香氣,食落啖啖韭黃黃鱔肉,正😄🔻煎芋泥餅潮州嘅蒸芋泥就食得多,但係煎芋泥餅係第一次,雖然有點貴,要成$198一個,因為鍾意食所以冇辦法,結果亦冇令我失望。個芋泥餅煎得好香,大件到8個人都夠食,唔會太甜所以食落好舒服,亦冇咁大罪惡感,芋頭味亦唔錯,值得一試👍相比其他上海菜館,「香港老飯店」係有點貴,但呢度賣點相信係一種懷舊老店味道,俾你似回家吃飯感覺,透過暖心服務,加上一定水準嘅食物出品,值唔值咁你就自己決定吧😉 continue reading

回想起兒時想吃的餐廳,我便會想起《香港老飯店》,那時的《香港老飯店》還在新港中心,爸爸媽媽帶我吃完以後,便會去購物,兒時的時光過得非常開心。時光飛逝,很快便過了20年,前一陣子帶媽媽再次到這吃飯,叫了兒時回憶的菜單,例如烤雙方、賽螃蟹。開心的回憶盡在心中!烤雙方一如以往的好,甜甜的金華火腿,加上脆脆的腐皮和軟綿綿的饅頭,非常好吃,跟20年前的味道是一樣的。賽螃蟹味道正常,因為兒子的關係,今次我點了糖心蛋拌琥珀合桃,脆脆甜甜的口感非常好吃!媽媽點了菜肉雲吞,味道也正常。 continue reading

我哋不嬲好鍾意食上海菜,鍾意佢嘅精緻啲同選擇夠多,咁啱又係母親節咁就出師有名,捉埋兩老拆餐勁嘅🤤 我哋今次揀咗嘅係我哋屋企其中一間嘅飯堂香港老飯店貪佢哋水準高兼且咁多年都保持到👍🏻無錫脆鱔($148):係江蘇無錫一帶嘅傳統名菜,做法係將鱔肉切絲後再炸。口感脆卜卜,醬汁味道似糖醋排骨,要襯熱食,因為凍咗會黐埋一舊😂脆蜇頭($168):海蜇好厚身伴以青瓜一齊食,口感一個字,脆!醬汁唔算太酸,青瓜亦有少少鹹味,成個菜食落好清新,啱晒宜家又熱又濕嘅天氣。🫠(ed小分享 : 海蜇頭是指水母的觸鬚部位,亦含有人體需要的多種營養成分,低膽固醇同時又低熱量,啱哂健康人士🤫)烤雙方($232):呢款菜式簡單啲講即係上海版三文治,一樣有火腿😂 火腿肥瘦均勻,亦唔使怕太鹹,因為佢係用花蜜去餞出嚟,加埋塊炸腐皮麵包一齊食,口感鬆脆,而且花蜜帶出嚟嘅清甜完美咁將所有食材融和一齊🤤蝦子海參($428):海參有咩好,相信唔使講啦,大家都知道。蝦子嘅鮮,加埋海參嘅彈牙,食落鹹鹹鮮鮮咁。叫碗白飯,再將個白飯倒落去做碟頭飯一流😂豆板莧菜($138,hidden menu):食咗太多肉,都要食返啲菜去平衡下😂 所謂豆板即係蠶豆去邊,莧菜而家當做,所以好鮮,好食!🤤小籠包($112/ 8隻):小籠包入邊有湯就必須嘅,據大廚所講,佢哋搓皮嘅時候用上湯代替水,所以唔似坊間小籠包咁皮還皮,湯還湯。老飯店嘅小籠包就啱啱好,包皮亦唔會太厚或太薄,好好食。八寶煎芋泥($115/ 細):話晒母親節,點都要用甜點來做結尾,味道清甜,雖然係煎,不過一啲都唔油。入面有少少紅豆喺入邊,食完飲啖龍井,好舒服😌老實講,呢間餐廳菜式選擇極多,而且價錢咁多年都冇乜點改變,每個員工都起碼做咗廿幾年以上,疫情停業期間亦冇裁員而且出足糧,個老闆算係咁。鍾意食上海菜嘅朋友,我哋真心推介。除咗以上呢啲菜式,佢哋嘅上海粗炒、酒釀丸子都唔錯,做法都好正宗。不過上去之前,最好預先訂位,大時大節嘅話一定好爆。 continue reading

和麻甩老友們吃滬揚菜, 還是來到香港老飯店, 吃的就是熟悉而正路的味道, 沒有天香樓的昂貴, 也沒有老上海的海景景觀和Fancy的裝橫. 最喜歡的當然是其紅燒元蹄, 基本上它和老雪園的元蹄味道和口感相差無幾, 侍應一切即骨肉分離, 甜香入肉, 肉稔而皮滑, 中間脂層更是邪惡的集中地, 和麻甩佬吃就不用顧慮女士的擔心和矜持.其他經典菜式如花雕醉雞, 小籠包以及高力豆沙, 就是在水準之中, 並非有驚為天人的質素, 但你付出的和你所吃的, 就是在同一條線上. 不花巧而夠直接, 香港和九龍兩間店水準劃一, 如此傳統有歷史的中菜店, 真是吃一間可能就少一間了. continue reading
