今天打算到尖東永安百貨買東西,十二時正便先來到附近的香港老飯店吃上海菜。來到此飯店地下的大門口,當然要留步欣賞一下國畫大師劉海粟先生於1993年訪港時為香港老飯店親筆提字的牌扁。拾級上至一樓,便抵達這保留懷舊風格的飯店大堂。這裡地方不算很大,但裝飾擺設都能給食客一種舒適雅緻的感覺。坐下不久,服務員已遞上熱茶和小食。蘿蔔酸菜甜甜酸酸,非常醒胃。午市餐牌上可選的食物相當豐富,選擇很多。我們二人當然選了一些這裡的招牌菜。~合桃燻蛋 $56甜合桃除脆口,還有芝麻的香。蛋是流心的,滲著微微的燻香。這冷盆是餐前小食的好選擇。~炸臭豆腐粒 $55臭豆腐粒口感十分好,外脆內軟,無論是沾甜醬或微辣的XO醬來吃,都是十分滋味。~鮮肉小籠飽(5隻)$65小籠包皮薄饀靚,一口咬下,肉汁四溢,味道恰到好處,令人一試難忘。~鮑魚紅燒肉 $248鮑魚烹調得入味、有𡁻口,紅燒肉肥瘦肉分明,放到口裡一點也不油膩,火候控制掌握得很好。青綠的伴碟小棠菜味道較清淡,除了為這道菜增添了纖維,亦是味道較濃的鮑魚和紅燒肉的好配搭。~松鼠黃魚$238一上桌,服務員便為我們用刀义切開黃魚。這菜賣相吸睛討人,甜甜酸酸的醬汁令人不期然一口又一口地吃不停口。那已去骨並炸成菊花狀的黃魚肉特別適合小孩和老人品嚐,伴碟的炸銀絲米粉也不能放過,極為脆口。怪不得這外脆內軟的松鼠黃魚已成為這𥚃大部分食客必點的招牌菜。這裡的上海菜絕對能迎合我倆的口味,感覺滿足,日後有機會必要試試其他的菜式。 continue reading

與家人飯聚,想吃中餐但不想吃平時常吃的粵菜,然後我們就想到了上海菜,選了香港老飯店。下班七點半到達尖沙咀店已差不多滿座,相當旺場。我們先點了前菜烤麩,烤麩好入味,蠔油味香濃,雲耳爽口,開胃非常。然後有我最愛的小籠包,一共有十隻,皮薄餡靚不易穿,咬開飲到湯汁清甜而不膩。松子黃魚賣相很吸引,酸甜開胃,魚肉已起骨,切成菊花花瓣狀,可以夾起一小一小塊魚肉食用,怕魚骨人士都可吃,而且魚肉一點不腥。韮黃炒鱔糊炒得很有鑊氣,韮黃香囗,蒜蓉惹味,黃鱔新鮮,肉爽不腥。翅群雲吞性價比超高。菜肉雲吞有十隻,皮又薄又滑,餡料菜肉比例剛好。翅群又多又大件,淋滑度恰到好處,每一口都是骨膠原。燉湯清甜帶少少火腿咸香,很好喝,一整鍋都給吃光光。大千雞球香麻惹味,雞肉一點不會乾。伴碟的炸辣椒葉好香口,好像在吃脆紫菜,吃個不停。生煎包亦是我很期待的,果然正到不得了,底部煎得香脆,一口咬下口感豐富,脆底,鬆軟包,鮮甜湯汁溢出,跟著再有鮮肉餡。家人愛吃魚,又點了個乾燒肚檔,很欣賞這醬汁,惹味非常,少少辣,遮掩了鯇魚腩的泥味。津白肉絲炒年糕年糕煙韌軟糯,入味,津白清甜,少少爽口,肉絲幼細不硬,雖然我們已很飽,還是吃得津津有味。餐廳雖然是老飯店,但菜式絕不過時,下次去要再試其他菜式,還有甜品。 continue reading

朋友幫小弟慶祝生日,有個老死提議黎呢間香港老飯店,仲同我訂左半個火瞳翅入到去環境好似酒樓咁啦,有點歲月既痕迹~炸臭豆腐粒$55幾香脆,但就唔係太臭,唔敢食臭豆腐既人都應該食到,配埋XO醬幾惹味~脆蜇頭 好爽口,不過味道就冇特別,係勝在幾新奇~合桃燻蛋 $56熟度唔錯既,有煙燻味,合桃甜甜地好香口~紅燒元啼用刀叉好易就切得散,肉質好軟熟木,個汁冇想像中咁濃味~小籠包 $140功夫係有既,皮薄有汁,但冇乜特別吸引火瞳翅( 半份 ) $2200成晚既主角,不過其實個人唔係太鍾意食翅,火瞳翅用左好大舊金華火腿去淆,個湯就係金華火腿味,人一世物一世,試過就算了火腿津白又係金華火腿味樟茶鴨 $198 份量好大,偏咸,食落都唔錯 continue reading

位置較偏僻但係餐廳幾大同唔殘舊菜單好多選擇基本要咩中菜有咩雞牛魚鴨羊豬海鮮通通齊我地都叫咗2前菜 4主菜 1小食 1甜品1️⃣燻蛋必叫之選! 係逐隻叫 不過2隻起其實就係涵水流心蛋特別在食落/聞落有陣燻煙味 唔知點整架呢相信功夫甚多 又要燒又要熟唔曬而且流心蛋黃鹹鹹地配甜甜地嘅凍蛋白😍好食另外佢仲配啲合桃 而合桃上面有層焦糖加芝麻粒 食落香脆可口👍🏻2️⃣鎮江餚肉依個都係名菜樣子好得意 好似結咗冰嘅肉食落似晶瑩剔透嘅’嗜喱’夾雜住啲肉色鮮紅嘅火腿咁放入口鹹鹹地又涼依個應該功夫都多3️⃣松鼠黃魚成條魚鋪滿茄汁醬/甜酸醬 橙紅色 而且因為炸過多表 好似有’刺咁’味道唔錯 醬汁唔太酸 而且仲脆卜卜不過我嚴佢唔夠魚肉似食緊茄汁味嘅米通多過食緊魚所以如果為食海鮮就唔啱叫依個4️⃣樟茶大鴨又一個傳統特色菜一大隻燒鴨 旁邊擺咗啲麵包粒 外觀幾得意鴨算多肉地 腍 而且好入味 所以勸唔需要點另有嘅椒鹽麵包就好睇唔好食 冇味同硬5️⃣干扁四季豆炒得好香四季豆咬落爽身 唔會’鞋’唔會好鹹6️⃣金腿菜粒炒飯食落粒粒分明 乾身有芥蘭粒 炒蛋 火腿不過其實俾火腿搶矖味 因為夠鹹但係芥蘭粒好爽口 脆脆地 令炒飯多啲層次感遍油7️⃣蔥油大餅超厚身好吸引食落上下層非常香脆入面就係軟軟嘅麵包配上嘢味嘅大蔥可惜佢太油膩 食完有啲唔舒服 濟住咗😢否則係好食8️⃣高麗豆沙唔多地方有得食仲要佢整得好味一個圓圓嘅麵包炸到外表金黃色入面有甜而不膩嘅紅豆蓉而且麵包好軟身 又勁香蛋白味😋價錢其實貴但係佢啲菜色特別 功夫多 味道水準不錯服務都好唯一就啲食物遍油 或者可能只係我咁啱叫嘅大部分都係煎炸油膩野🙈個人認為燻蛋同高麗豆沙必叫 continue reading
