我還記得第一次食印度菜系我小時候在外國生活時朋友帶我去,當時覺得味道怪怪的,但又幾好食,慢慢開始愛上印度菜獨特的味道。最近走過中環有一間印度菜,環境相當舒適,餐牌也有我喜愛的菜式。Mango Lassi $95傳統印度菜必飲的飲品, 呢度除咗有芒果味道仲有玫瑰味道, 仲有個功能就係可解辣Malai Chicken Tikka $218招牌菜, 雞件軟滑,香味十足Malabar Fish Curry $208咖喱有唔同嘅香料,通常每一間印度菜都有佢哋嘅獨門秘方,所以一定要試Mughlai Jheenga $188炒香新鮮嘅蝦配上自家製醬料味道比較特別,開胃菜
