今次日朋友帶我黎尖沙咀食omakase,自從試過廚師發辦後真係番唔到轉頭因為菜式全由廚師決定,廚師會根據當天食材製作不同料理,好有驚喜,又會試到好多新野餐廳除咗一般方枱,仲有埋包廂。包廂裝修充滿和式風味,裡面鋪咗榻榻米,要除鞋入去,好似真係喺日本咁呀擁有獨立空間用膳,最岩一班朋友邊食飯邊傾計頭盤係真蠔刺身,肥美到成隻手掌咁大,灑上少許蔥花同紅蘿蔔蓉,淋上醬油,味道鮮甜,蠔味好重石頭魚薄切,薄到透光,好考刀功,配上微辣的紅蘿蔔蓉同柚子醬油,一試便知刺身非常新鮮海膽燒花竹蝦,一上枱就聞到燒蝦嘅香味,海膽炙燒過之後融化在花竹蝦之上,食落蝦肉脆口,同時帶有海膽嘅creamy質感,口感豐富。蔥蒜牛肉薄燒,牛肉口感軟熟,好多燒汁,牛肉捲內夾雜炸蒜片同細蔥,令到燒肉更惹味。壽司拼盤有三款,首先係海膽帆立貝壽司,帆立貝塗上醬油燒製,恰到好處,既入味又唔乾身,海膽濃郁嫩滑,食落兩種味道融為一體中間係大大隻赤座蝦壽司,巨型蝦頭裝在碟內,可以想象到原隻蝦係幾咁大。蝦刺身上有些許魚子點綴,一啖擺落口,甜到不得了。最後係白蝦蟹膏壽司,壽司上面堆滿細細條的白蝦,蝦肉嫩滑甜口,蟹膏令原本清淡的白蝦多添一分濃味食完壽

食完壽司,就到烏冬,入口濃濃嘅魚湯鮮味,仲有唔少冬菇,更顯鮮味,烏冬是幼身的稻庭烏冬
