今次特登同朋友們由屯門出來灣仔,慕名而來到日本知名串炸專門店~~Jan Jan 串揚專門店,Jan Jan  在日本幾出名, 出名在串炸的炸法,與平時食的天婦羅, 炸物不一樣,炸皮薄而不油膩, 口感香脆 以及最大最大分別係油炸食物比人熱氣既感覺但Jan Jan採用既優質食油, 以及由鹿兒島空運到港既新鮮椰菜配食, 能降火解油, 唔用擔心食完第二日出暗瘡 鹿兒島生菜一坐低就係咁食, 好正新鮮,多汁, 脆身加埋旁邊既秘制醬汁, 好好味係時侯叫野食食物款式都算多, 價錢亦適中,唔算貴首先, 叫左杯酒先, 提子果汁酒提子味好香, 酒味較淡, 適合我E D 平時好少飲酒既人淺嚐前菜叫左枝豆, 玉子卷玉子卷好滑嫰呀到了主打串炸串炸-聽個名都知串住來炸, 待應教將2/3串炸放落醬汁浸一浸再攞返上黎唔需要浸好耐, 只係放一放再攞上黎,鮮味會大增喜歡的可以用椰菜包住食炸皮真係好薄身呀, 一D 油膩都冇, 秋葵蓮藕平時都少食,但今次炸出來份外爽脆好似叫炸温泉旦我諗炸温泉旦非常花功夫,首先整到旦變成温泉旦, 再MOK 殼加炸粉去炸,炸完上來, 中間仍然係流心嫁旦心好CREAMY 呀揚物味道都唔錯, 火侯剛剛
