To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 點餐後十五分鐘後都冇比單,旁邊較遲入座的都已開始進食。在無人理會嘅情況下禮貌地詢問點餐進度時,一位中年白髮男侍應極無禮貌地推卸責任,聲稱不是他落單,系統亦無我張單。明顯係餐廳內部管理混亂,效率低下。最憤怒的是男侍應態度非常惡劣,竟向顧客講粗口,無心工作的話倒不如辭職!未食已經一肚火,唯有去對面街的餐廳醫肚。人家態度良好,上菜極快。打開門做生意就應該注意服務水平及態度,不要覺得茶餐廳價錢低廉就可視客人如狗。已入黑名單,不會再食!
