To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日本來去上環糖心軒，點知擺酒無得飲，去左星月樓。我六個人比張大枱喺正門口，正常都會坐埋一邊，嗰個侍應求其為左方便佢就到擺餐具擺喺近門口嗰邊，但我一早已坐左另一邊，已經由佢費事話佢。之後已問左飲咩茶，之後再有幾個侍應又問，問成四五次，真係人都癲。最有問題係張枱對正個冷氣位，我吖媽去較個冷氣，問個侍應可否較細啲。佢背住我吖媽，但比我睇住佢個樣係即時西面仲要扮聽唔到。我好肯定佢係聽到，佢另一個侍應即刻幫拖較個冷氣。咁嘅態度真係差到嚇死人，去飲茶要受氣。真係無下次。
