今次經過灣仔Novetal酒店，本身係個吧同lounge入面同朋友飲酒，見到樓上有自助餐，天氣早上再去食！其實個環境都幾好，開放空間，唔會太嘈，氣氛都好好！同隔離果張枱唔會相差得好近！比較有自由度。嘢食都比較多，今次想去食嘅時候正值係夏天水果宴活動，甜品方面有好多新鮮水果配搭嘅蛋糕。提子好甜，士多啤梨都唔錯！另愛Novotel 推出全新「FRUITY SUMMER」海鮮自助晚餐，以時令台灣愛文芒果入饡，推出必食芒果系列甜品，好似芒果糯米飯，芒果超級新鮮，糯米飯煮得夠煙銀。剌身方面，非常非常推介三文魚，有一半係三文魚腩，非常新鮮，非常鮮甜！比其他日本餐廳做得仲好！個人認為三文魚等等嘅刺身做得最好另外佢哋嘅生蠔新鮮creamy，每到啖都好似同海水融入左一齊，飽滿食落口非常之滿足。
