好友聚舊,選了汀汀烤活魚。選了烤筍殼魚鍋(選了香辣味酸菜,小辣)鍋底以蘿蔔片、芽菜等墊料盡吸麻辣湯。烤魚上桌前預先經過烤到七至八成熟,表面更有孜然粉調味再將魚的兩邊攤開再放進鍋內,煮約五分鐘待魚肉熟後就可以吃。大量芫茜及大蔥鋪在魚上,侍應建議從魚腩那邊較多肉的部份先吃。湯底與魚肉,可能選是小辣不的原因,配搭起來不刺激但香口。瞬間整條魚就吃掉只剩魚骨。外層魚皮香脆,想內裡魚肉入味及吃得嫩滑就要快點吃了。除了烤魚,這裡更有烤食選擇。燒雞泡魚乾沾小小沙律醬,佐酒小吃一流。燒豬頸肉惹味黃金蝦餅外脆內軟烤魚及烤物吃過後想加點蔬菜平衡一下,加上湯後打邊爐追加娃娃菜。一人到罐蘆薈爽,正!
