好耐沒食雞煲,今次到旺角黎試試汀汀烤活魚。哩間晚市都好FULL,唔想等最好BOOK定位。FD好鐘意食辣,今次叫咗中辣嘅全隻沙白雞煲(香辣味)。配料揀咗水魷魚鬚,鮮鵝腸同黑柏葉。小食喺炸黃豆,炸黃豆炸得好香口,唔會覺得好油,哩個送酒真喺一流,一粒接一粒食到完全停唔落口。等咗差唔多20分鐘,雞煲上咗來,真係超大一鍋喎。雞件煮到十分惹味又夠嫩滑,而且雞肉嗦哂醬汁夠哂chill,好味。醬汁醬香味好濃,不過喺偏甜少少嘅,同沙白一起煮後帶有海鮮啲鮮甜味,正! 沙白質素都唔錯,都比咗好多,非常鮮甜,而且沒有食到沙,好快食嗮。食完雞煲可以加高湯打邊爐,水魷魚鬚新鮮爽口,又脆又彈牙,份量都算多,食極都食唔哂。鮮鵝腸處理得好乾淨,燙咗幾秒已經食得,好爽脆,一啲都唔油膩,都唔會腥味,唔錯。黑柏葉都切得幾薄身,水滾已經可以食得,食落好脆口,同埋唔會好硬,嗦哂醬汁,超好味。雖然叫咗中辣,但喺唔算好辣,下次都可以試試大辣。同埋周圍台都食更烤魚,睇落都好惹味,仲有好多新鮮食材沒試,唯有留返下次啦。 continue reading

新年要試新餐廳,今晚去左旺角染布房街既汀汀烤活魚食晚餐。旺角港鐵站出黎都要過幾條街行幾步路,不過唔難揾。汀汀烤活魚主打傳統烤全魚,再加入打邊爐元素,就變成好有特色既打邊爐+烤魚。今餐由友人發辦。首先上左個免費小食,係花生同炸黃豆,好脆。老壇子酸菜魚 $268 另加一服務員上老壇子酸菜魚時特別提示滾左之後較細火就可以食。連皮魚塊大概有十五,六舊,真係好滑又冇骨。酸菜份量唔少,好爽口。其他材料有薑片同蒜頭。叫左少辣,食落辣度同酸度都適中。魚頭同魚骨炸完之後另上,可以沾湯食,或者就咁食。炸得好脆口,係骨吞唔到要小心啫。下底墊底嘅生菜仲可以淥埋黎食。招牌新鮮魚卜 $78 另加一招牌新鮮魚卜一客六件,又滑又爽脆,果然係招牌。蝦丸 $68 另加一蝦丸一客八粒,明顯手打,食落超彈牙爽脆,真係有鮮蝦,好正。下底墊底嘅油墨菜都可以淥黎食。A級安格斯肥牛 $168 另加一A級安格斯肥牛一客10塊,油花好靚,食落肉汁豐富又嫩口,好過尋日牛陣嗰啲勁多。下底都有好多梛菜絲墊底。萵荀 $48 另加一萵荀一大碟,睇樣都知新鮮,食落好爽脆,配酸菜湯食味道好,唔會太辣。忌廉 $13 另加一叫左罐忌廉梳打降吓温。總括而言,食物質素都唔錯。 continue reading

呢間餐廳除左烤魚,酸菜魚都係好多人叫嘅,我當然都要試下。我可以要求不同辣度,怕辣的我可以叫辣酸菜魚,嗜辣的你也可以選擇大辣,人人都可以食酸菜魚!酸菜魚的魚肉係整道菜的靈魂,魚肉特別嫰滑,又吾會散曬,而且都幾多嚿,魚湯味道好平衡,酸度同鹹味剛剛好~食完酸菜魚仲可以點二人肥牛,賣相就切得吾太完美,不過味道好掂,牛味好濃,仲保留少少油脂。極品黑豚肉都不錯,幾新鮮、有咬口👍🏻因為冇加到烏冬/薯粉,仲未夠飽,叫左個串燒拼盤,包括左羊肉、雞軟骨、豬頸肉,全部即叫即燒,加入不少調味粉增添川味嘅特色。冷氣幾夠大,就算夏天食,都吾會食到流曬汗! continue reading

等左咁耐總於等到晚市放寬~自自然然會多左出去食。。。。。。讀書時食過一次<<汀汀烤活魚>>,果時香港唔多地方有烤魚🌶️🐟食~呢度算係較早有得食烤魚的地方。。。。。。現在重遊舊地~😋當然唔少得就係烤魚🌶️啦今次叫左小辣~唔算辣,下次可以叫中辣當然仲要叫d 吸味的萵荀同寬粉啦~仲要試下手打墨丸同埋肥牛🫠呢度好彩就係冇限時~岩晒同朋友來聚餐除左烤魚~呢度仲有酸菜魚同雞煲。。。。。。下次再來試其他 continue reading
