To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日我經過太子,見到有一間火鍋店,叫百利火鍋海鮮酒家,我去咗食晚飯。火鍋店門口展示咗唔少新鮮嘅食材,可以話係非常之吸引。嚟到火鍋海鮮酒家,點可以唔食海鮮?我就點咗佢哋嘅老虎斑同埋龍蝦仔套餐。呢個套餐價錢唔貴,只需要$488。套餐啱啱上碟嘅時候我忍唔住話哇咗一聲。套餐嘅擺盤非常之吸引,所有食材都擺放得好整齊。味道方面,老虎斑嘅魚皮爽口彈牙,肉質鮮甜,沾上自己調配嘅醬汁,真係食到舔舔脷。龍蝦方面,餐廳已經幫我預先處理好,所以只需要簡單烹調,唔需要再額外花時間拆除龍蝦殼。蝦肉入口爽甜,兩款海鮮都非常之新鮮。估唔到可以用呢一個價錢,就可以食到咁新鮮嘅海鮮,下次再嚟嘅時候,我會試吓點其他菜式。
