To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好老實,第三次去食,11月24號,經OpenRice book 左枱食11:30。今次點心放題經驗真係很差,點心微暖,湯不熱,完全跟上兩次的食物水準不同,即場跟服務員反影,但無幫助,重要漏單,食得90分鐘,摧多一兩次都收到工,我想起度認真問南海一號可唔可以退款。因為一d都唔係平,無乜服務,重有加一。做餐飲要有誠意,如果你地無心再做放題,同想做好食物,不如唔好再做放題,甘樣大家都唔開心,食客又唔開心,有影響食店形象,有乜意思。
