Staff is rude, service is bad, place is unhygienic, food is alright, pork belly was too salty. Did not let us study the menu and took away the menu basically forced us to order what they were willing to serve. Staff cleared our plates before we were done eating and still had food on our plates. Chased us out by shouting “走啦！走啦!” before we had finished the last piece of meat. Did not let us study the menu and took away the menu basically forced us to order what they were willing to serve. Staff cleared our plates before we were done eating and still had food on our plates. Chased us out by shouting “走啦！走啦!” before we had finished the last piece of meat. Granted we were there nearing but still before their closing time and intended to leave asap, (trust me the environment wasn’t one you’d linger at anyway, but for good food sometimes its worth it, it wasn’t), but there was no need to be rude about it. we were eating as fast as we could. When we left the lady staff complained about us in Cantonese rudely and to our faces insisting that we wouldn’t leave “死都趕唔走”. Extremely rude. A simple sorry we are closing “唔好意思我哋要關門” would have sufficed. Bottom line, staff lack of customer service, poor attitude, lack basic concept of communication, and act as if convinced every customer has offended them. Some may say this is HK for you, so I guess, if that’s what you’re looking for, then you’ve come to the right place. Otherwise, be forewarned. Personally think it’s not worth the grief.
