叫了一碗燒腩仔燒鵝瀨粉,味道尚可,員工不會主動給予酸梅醬。餐廳環境比較擠迫,衛生也普通。有很多遊客,特別是同胞。收銀在門口,我結帳後,因為不停有同胞內進,他們不會讓我先出去,我只好在一旁等,後面竟然有一位比較後生的女員工,拿着一張木凳,推我一次又一次。我問他為什麼,他說因為我不向前行。我解釋了是因為有食客進入,他仍然不道歉,轉個頭便走。服務態度實在差勁,食完一肚氣,永遠不會再光顧,可能他們只愛招呼遊客掛。

燒味一向是香港人的摯愛,每逢節慶或者平常屋企斬料都鍾意買燒鵝、燒肉,而我自己買燒鵝的話,就幾鍾意中環呢間燒味店—一樂。買咗半邊燒鵝,斬料外賣帶到返屋企,一打開個盒,鵝肉的香味四散周圍,妹妹即刻跑過來聞大家都即刻想夾一舊來食,燒鵝皮薄肉嫩,色澤非常之均勻亮麗,睇見都即時流口水。再配上餐廳自家製的酸梅醬,酸酸甜甜,更突出鵝肉的肉香,同鵝肉真係好夾。難怪幾年來餐廳都榮獲米芝蓮推介,相信已經在燒鵝界備受肯定。

We each ordered the goose, for which Yat Lok is supposed to be famous, one with noodles, two with rice. The noodles were hard, undercooked, and way too salty. The roast goose was the most disappointing: my five bony pieces of goose had less than one mouthful of meat combined. Luckily, my pork was ok, but that was it. The drinks were all satisfactory, but that's not where the highlight of this restaurant should sit. We also felt pressured to order, eat, and leave as quickly as possible. Indeed, we were in and out in less than 20 minutes. For which we paid over $100 each. The other party of three on the same table stayed even shorter and were equally disappointed.

This is the first time in my life I've experienced what it means to describe service attitude as “horrifying”. The young person handling the payment (pictured below) had an attitude no different from that of a gangster (might be an actual gang member?)

When I was paying the bill, I politely asked if they accepted credit cards. He responded in such a low voice that I couldn't hear him at all, so I politely asked him to repeat himself. Then, he started scolding me😂, and eventually shouted at me🤣. I think the whole restaurant could hear him. Never have I ever encountered such human being in general.

Apart from this young person, the service attitude of the other waiters was actually quite good! Very friendly.

I sincerely hope other customers won't have to encounter this person again.

琴日帶外國朋友去,因為三個字「米芝蓮」,只可以給你失望,唔係呀!我樓下燒味仲好食過佢,叉燒燒鵝又乾又嚡,油雞皮好韌冇肉汁🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️非常失望價錢又貴三碟加3杯飲嘢飲三百蚊😒貴唔緊要,但係質素唔值唔,做唔到價錢應得嘅質素水準,這一間唔會再有下次只可以給你六個字「失望的米芝蓮」。🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️
