攞咗第二輪消費卷後同另一半到尖沙咀美麗華商場shopping,在四樓食四方有多國美食,我倆都喜歡吃潮州菜,滿樂潮州酒家門面寛敞,門口的宣傳Menu話有超過達60款點心小吃,一於入去試試。有部份座位採用時尚和風木條子設計,座位舒適。潮州風味的爽脆南薑酸菜,令人胃口大開。加入大地魚的鮮甜肥美蠔仔泡粥,浠稠適中。充滿蘿蔔餡料的潮式灌漿蘿蔔,雖然是炸物,也不覺太油膩,香脆可口。必吃潮式招牌菜鹵水鵝肉拼盤,用滷水墨魚、滑豆腐、蛋和五花腩墊底,鵝肉和五花腩夠入味,其他一般。 家鄉糯米釀大腸,略嫌糯米和花生過輭腍,失了口感。下次帶埋老媽子來吃這款就至啱她。我們一邊品嚐甘香濃郁的潮洲功夫茶 ,一邊傾偈 ,感覺心滿意足!
