好耐無寫食評,又寫下論文先😆.呢間餐館,其實都嚟過好多次飲茶,而每次來來去去都係果幾款點心。好多人都話佢哋價錢貴,其實都係嘅,不過其實以佢地食物質素我又覺得可接受,只可以話唔係性價比高。.👅喜歡佢地嘅「潮州粉粿」,佢比一般中價茶樓係做到比較薄皮,皮嘅口感唔錯,接口位都唔覺太厚;餡料新鮮,唔係出面一咪用胡椒粉等香料遮蓋味道。.👅「豉汁蒸排骨」,好少肥膏,唔韌得嚟有肉香,墊底嘅南瓜香甜多汁,無話吸晒啲排骨肥肉,可能因為本身啲排骨都好少肥膏,碟入邊嘅汁都唔係太肥,當然唔係可以當湯飲😆.👅「叉燒腸」,啲叉燒正正路路啦,個皮都ok,唔厚唔薄,但滑嘅。.👅「鵝片薑蔥撈麵」老公次次嚟都會嗌,因為份量唔太多唔太,兩個人食完仲可以嗌多幾款點心。鵝片夠香,有咬口,撈粗嘅汁味道適中,薑蔥係前切幼絲,不過有時我會嫌佢啲薑太多,我會好似挑骨頭咁樣跳返晒出嚟😬 (我本身麻麻太重薑味).👅「鴛鴦水晶包」係我最愛,我每次必嗌,但有時點半後先去到無賣晒🥺🥺 個人很喜歡奶黃味,無記錯佢入面仲夾咗粒白蓮蓉,所以好香,而紅豆味都好味,會有淡淡嘅陳皮香。.👅而之前試過佢地個「韭菜粿」,係偏油,不過係好香好食嘅。.👅另外有次冇晒水晶包🥺🥺 唯有試咗佢個「杏汁桂花糕」,桂花味好香,而杏汁比較清,都好,唔會搶咗桂花味。口感適中,唔會太Q彈,又唔會太軟身。.🤓仲有想講講,佢有一張“特色小食”嘅點心紙,有一次patpat痕見佢有個大約$150蚊嘅「椒鹽潮州魚蛋」,就挑機睇吓點解要咁貴。冇記錯的話佢大約得12粒魚蛋,佢其實真係好好好好食,不過唔會值百幾蚊,魚蛋啫~頂多$80,跟住過咗一兩個月,佢居然加到170幾蚊👀究竟發生什麼事….💁🏻♀️服務方面,以呢個價錢都唔錯嘅,係試過可能係散工姨姨服務態度無咁得體,但尚可接受。(後記,難得打咗咁大篇嘢,差啲唔俾出,在此澄清,本人沒有接受過任何用餐優惠,純粹個人喜好)…Read More
