住響附近,留意左呢間上海嘢已經好耐,一直都好想搵機會一試。點知次次都有朋友唔鍾意食,經過佢門口已經好多次流晒口水,都仲未有機會食到佢。今日終於有個好朋友,願意同我試吓啦!呢間上海廳好特別,門面係半開放式嘅,可以直接見到商場嘅環境。正門嗰度會有一架好懷舊嘅黃包車,影相一流。睇吓餐牌,基本上都係傳統嘅上海野,都有唔少選擇嘅,我哋叫咗五樣嘢食。《麻將雞絲粉皮》食親上海野我都好鍾意食架,呢度嘅雞絲粉皮都整得唔錯。麻醬好香,粉皮切得好薄好滑好有口感。唯一不足呢,就係雪得唔夠凍,令到粉皮一層同一層中間有少少黐埋一齊嘅感覺,而唔係爽口嘅。《紅油抄手》朋友最鍾意嘅就係紅油抄手,同佢食親上海野佢都一定會叫。呢度嘅紅油抄手唔係好辣,少少辣又有小小甜味好醒胃。而且個抄手皮都好薄,餡料亦都好豐富,朋友就非常滿意啦!《菠蘿黑醋排骨》主菜我哋一人揀咗一樣。我見到餐牌入邊有一味叫做菠蘿黑醋排骨,個名好特別啊!即刻叫黎試吓先!上碟之後,果然冇令我失望。菠蘿同黑操係一個好特別嘅配搭,雖然兩樣嘢都酸酸地,但係加埋既酸味唔係好重。菠蘿有少少甜味,感覺好清新。呢碟既味覺複雜,有酸、有甜、亦都有果味。排骨煮得好淋,而且每一舊排

主菜我哋一人揀咗一樣。我見到餐牌入邊有一味叫做菠蘿黑醋排骨,個名好特別啊!即刻叫黎試吓先!上碟之後,果然冇令我失望。菠蘿同黑操係一個好特別嘅配搭,雖然兩樣嘢都酸酸地,但係加埋既酸味唔係好重。菠蘿有少少甜味,感覺好清新。呢碟既味覺複雜,有酸、有甜、亦都有果味。排骨煮得好淋,而且每一舊排骨都充分咁沾滿醬料,味道好有層次,好豐富!呢碟餸係成餐飯嘅亮點,三樣嘢雖然都冇乜特別,菠蘿黑醋同排骨,各有各嘅味道,但係加埋一齊嘅化學作用係你估唔到咁好食嘅!

朋友就叫咗個清炒河蝦仁,呢度嘅大廚好大方,起碼有幾十隻大大隻好厚肉嘅蝦仁。而且都好細心俾咗少少醋我哋去點蝦仁,可以調一調味。蝦仁好新鮮、好爽口、睇得出佢哋用心處理過。點小小醋令到味道更加有豐富,如果佢哋可以落埋茶葉炒咁就完美喇。

《小籠包》
成餐飯最後我哋用小籠包結尾。呢度嘅小籠包都幾特別架,一般上海店嘅小籠包外表都會睇得出係皮好薄,半透明咁。呢度嘅小籠包就啱甘望落去塊皮好似好厚甘,點知一夾起,原來塊皮都係好薄架!唔知係咪佢哋用來做小籠包嘅材料同人哋唔同呢,所以視覺上比起佢實際口感厚好多。夾起小籠包,點一啖黑醋,入口非常滿足。一啖咬落去,啲汁已經滿寫,噴射出嚟。先飲一啖好香好甜嘅肉汁,再成個小籠包放入口,豬肉餡好新鮮,而且火候啱啱好,肉質仲係好實淨冇鬆散嘅。呢個小籠包雖然唔算非常特別,因為而家坊間好多上海店都已經做得好好,但佢嘅性價比算係非常高架!

整體來講,餐廳環境唔錯、幾有格調,服務員都算勤力,會無間斷咁幫我地加水、亦都會介紹食物俾我哋。食物質素亦都有一定嘅水準,兩個大食嘅女人食咗五碟餸,埋單都係三百零蚊,好抵啊!
