今日熱到一個點,到左黃大仙北館地下,冇諗太多入左去上海廳1980,叫咗一個小籠包,一個嫩雞煨麵,上海炒年糕再加一個叉子燒餅,我哋第一次食上海嘢食到懷疑人生,每一啖都係畀佢海量既鹽,豉油過濃嘅調味,你係會feel到啲過度濃沃嘅鹹味侵蝕我哋條脷同埋我哋每一個味蕾。 食到第二第三啖嘅時候已經覺得好唔對路, 我同我女朋友直接放棄咗 唔敢再放入口仲有佢作為一間上海嘅餐廳,小籠包都真係唔好味,肉質好老,老實一句就係唔好食。

與朋友午間短聚,經過這家上海店就進去試一下。進去前,指定動作就是量體溫,確保大家無發燒。我們都點了麵點套餐,一個麵配一個點心,我點了紅油牛展麵跟生煎包,朋友點了雪菜肉絲湯拉麵跟小籠包。紅油牛展麵叫了走蔥,但來到的時候還是有,唯有自己夾走,味道一般,有小小油的感覺。點心是跟朋友一起分享,生煎包一碟三個,上菜時只是微暖,熱辣辣的話應該比較好,我們都覺得小籠包比較好吃,一籠有4粒,吃下時有濃濃湯汁,皮也不算厚。我們吃完也聊了一會兒,總結就是寧願多叫一籠小籠包好過食生煎包🤣

紅油牛展麵叫了走蔥,但來到的時候還是有,唯有自己夾走,味道一般,有小小油的感覺。
點心是跟朋友一起分享,生煎包一碟三個,上菜時只是微暖,熱辣辣的話應該比較好,我們都覺得小籠包比較好吃,一籠有4粒,吃下時有濃濃湯汁,皮也不算厚。
我們吃完也聊了一會兒,總結就是寧願多叫一籠小籠包好過食生煎包🤣

今日(8/5/2020)限聚令放寛至八人,是晚到“上海廳1930”食晚飯,提早慶祝母親節。前兩日無咩人堂食,多等外賣,今日好多人等位,“上海廳1930”無訂枱服務,是晚選擇六點來攞位,實是明智,遲來半小時,就要等位,特別是等大枱。醉雞是我至愛,但今晚碟醉雞,麻麻地,唔夠酒香;菠蘿黑醋排骨,好味,酸酸哋,好啱送飯,洋蔥索晒味,正;麵筋素雞燒豆腐,豆腐及麵筋好滑,好入味,小籠包包內夠肉汁,但上菜時,包唔夠熱。除上面講,再叫咗生煎鍋貼、擔擔麵、酸辣湯雲吞、牛肉絲炒拉麵及雪菜肉絲炒年糕,均是無咩驚喜。

今日過開黎黃大仙做野,本身想食南館另一間餐廳但滿座,走去北館睇睇有咩選擇,就見到呢間上海菜餐廳。望望menu分咗午餐同下午茶,價錢$40-60左右,都過得去,可能黃大仙屋邨區所以普遍價位低d。入到去裝修感覺高級,座位都舒適。再睇返menu原來晏晝時間叫午餐同下午茶免收茶錢又免收加一,咁可以叫多d野食,叫咗一個炸醬麵,搭3件紅油抄手,再追加$12要細份雞絲粉皮。叫完無耐就上咗杯豆漿,冇留意下午茶會連豆漿雞絲粉皮唔似坊間用胡麻醬,呢度係用花生醬,不過不失;紅油抄手雲吞包薄餡多,夠辣但唔算最惹味;炸醬麵用肉醬意粉既肉醬,味道我覺得都唔差,中式拉麵口感唔錯。總括黎講,都係食得滿意,味道唔會太濃烈,埋單亦約莫$60,算係咁

嚟到黃大仙,有時真係唔知食啲乜野好喺港鐵站出口附近旁邊,一入到黃大仙北館,最地下的一層,見到呢間食上海野嘅餐廳一個麵加一個點心,份量最剛剛好,自由配搭我挑選左招牌擔擔麵加上海小籠包招牌擔擔麵:湯底花生味濃,不會太稀,食麵是夾埋啲湯就剛剛好。而麵質彈牙,唔會太粗或太幼。少少辣,基本上大家都一定接近到。上海小籠包:我一直都好喜歡食小籠包,所以試過好多間,甚至直接喺上海食都有試過。香港的小籠包皮一般比較厚,而呢間都唔例外。厚了一點,雖然唔易穿,湯汁不似漏,但入口多了一點厚粉的感覺。餡料及湯汁都還可以。

同朋友想去黃大仙拜神,所以就順道係黃大仙食嘢啦,因為打算食餐好啲,就去左食係地鐵一出個層的上海廳,主要因為見到裝潢都幾靚,所以揀佢。因為時間早,所以都唔駛點等位,我就叫左左排骨擔擔麵,再叫多個小籠包share食。先講排骨擔擔麵,即係炸豬扒加擔擔麵,我個日食個個擔擔麵都幾好食,有啲辣,幾惹味,至於豬扒都炸得幾香脆,又不會太硬,都幾鬆化,而且豬扒切開左幾件,方便進食,加上同麵分開上,無咁易淋,我個人比較鍾意一啖麵才咬豬扒,好過浸住來食。至於小籠包,就皮厚左啲,雖然無咁易穿,個就無左種皮薄餡靚的感覺,而且餡料屬正常,無話特別好味,只係價錢唔叫太貴,夾份食下過口癮係ok ge,但不要有太大預期。

至於小籠包,就皮厚左啲,雖然無咁易穿,個就無左種皮薄餡靚的感覺,而且餡料屬正常,無話特別好味,只係價錢唔叫太貴,夾份食下過口癮係ok ge,但不要有太大預期。

【砂鍋醃篤鮮】清清淡淡,有豆腐,筍,百葉結,五花肉等食材。【鱔糊撈麵】食果時有少少糊味,我地就當係特色。【上海小籠包】我覺得皮厚咗少少,肉汁都唔夠鮮甜【菠蘿黑醋排骨】酸酸甜甜幾好食,配飯食最啱!整體來說,裝修幾靚,環境舒適,食物質素中等,住附近嘅可以試下嘅。

星期四的晚上,約了爸媽去黃大仙食晚飯,因為媽媽喜歡上海菜,所以去左上海廳,順便當慶祝母親節。響上海聽等左一陣已經有位, 我地點左媽媽最喜歡的是鱔糊,青菜煨面,小籠包,青瓜海哲,素菜花卷,青菜豆腐湯。青瓜海哲,開胃前菜,海哲好彈牙。小籠包賣相唔錯,皮又好薄,有好多肉汁鱔糊真係好好味,用料十足,推介之選,用黎配埋個素菜花卷真係一絕!青菜煨面同青菜豆腐湯亦不錯,湯底清清地,感覺無乜味精,健康之選簡簡單單不錯的一餐晚飯,價錢亦合理
