To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次食泰式放題,除咗有牛肉火鍋之外,仲有多款泰式美食,自助區更加係應有盡有,當中包括熱食及多款制作珍多冰配料,仲🈶泰式甜品及雪糕雪條,而且蔬菜、丸類及火鍋配料都算多選擇。飲品除咗有雪櫃嘅罐裝飲料之外,仲有無糖茶,包括四季春及桂花茶等,另外有自家製泰式奶茶及香茅水,泰式奶茶真係好好飲,味道冇澀味又唔會過甜👍🏻呢度有新鮮嘅流水蝦,餐廳中間有個大水台養住啲蝦,隻隻都好生猛,肉質非常鮮甜彈牙,任夾任食。揀咗套餐B,澳洲穀飼肩胛牛小排放題,湯底叫咗個藥膳豬骨白湯鍋,非常足料。肉類及小食都可以用手機落單,呢個套餐包括極選肩胛牛小排、肩胛肉眼、特級牛胸爽、極上牛舌、特級牛胸腹、草飼羊肩肉➕豚梅肉,我就最鍾意食極選肩胛牛小排,肉味香濃得黎又唔會嚡口。蟹子墨魚滑亦十分香滑彈牙。小食有沙嗲豬肉串,肉質軟腍。泰拳蝦餅口感爽彈美味,原隻大蝦米網卷非常香脆,泰式榴槤炸彈外脆內香軟,值得一試,泰國宋卡蝦片及香脆炸魚皮食落都算脆口
