To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

記憶中機場富豪的自助餐性價比甚高， 闊別多年，今天有機會到這裡一試它的自助午餐。餐廳唔算好大，但平日的中午1點來到也不爆場。環境比novotel細而清靜，食物款式比想像中多。沙律都有6,7款，當中比較特別的有泰式青木瓜沙律和柚子沙律，鍾意食泰菜的不能錯過。場內有少量冷盤海鮮，翡翠螺，青口，大蝦並有多款醬汁以供沾吃，質素不俗仲有即煮麵檔, 有師父隨時為大家即叫即煮東南亞湯麵，湯底可以揀 越南牛肉湯，馬來西亞喇沙和新加波蝦湯，粉麵配料份量全部自己決定。我選的喇沙湯麵看似清淡，但實情湯底美味香濃，2口麵清光之餘，湯都飲左大半。甜品遠比想像中多，又有多款movenpick雪糕，令人驚喜。餐飲方面有咖啡奶茶檸檬供客自己斟用。服務不錯。埋單以大喵銀行信用卡有65折，折後180蚊一位，機場員工更只是150蚊一位，以現在去大乜樂食個午飯都要5,60蚊來講，呢餐真係又平又好食，入開機場等飛機有時間多的話真係可以認真考慮。
