To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 放工去開荃灣又搵下有咩好食。搵到間見食泰越菜既小店，一於試下。坐低見佢地有個$208二人套餐，價錢睇落ok，而且非常豐富又包埋小食同野飲😋二人餐分別叫左招牌火車頭湯河、泰式海南雞湯河再加左$30 叫左泰式生蝦同$30 芒果糯米飯，另外套餐都跟左一個小食併盤、泰式木瓜沙律及2杯飲品。招牌火車頭湯河湯頭好香濃，河粉都索晒味。佢地個湯係每日用牛骨去煲。出面既火車頭湯河好少何有牛筋，但佢地有4/5舊咁多添，好骨膠原嘅感覺，除左牛筋，配料都好多，仲有生牛肉同牛丸。泰式海南雞湯河湯頭同招牌火車頭湯河一樣香濃，海南雞雞肉就好滑小食併盤🍱小食併盤就有春卷，炸魚餅同炸雞。春卷超級無敵脆身，小編影咗一陣相先食都仲熱辣辣好正，好好味。炸魚餅表面脆，內裡彈牙。另外，炸雞都炸到表面香脆可口 👍🏻炸物整體做得出色！泰式生蝦🍤泰式生蝦呢個真係超抵，加$30 有10隻，爽口彈牙，而佢個汁都調得開胃。出面一樣咁既泰式生蝦最少都收過百蚊啦😱芒果糯米飯🥭芒果糯米飯好大份，芒果夠甜，椰漿調校嘅鹹甜度啱啱好，加上炸脆米，口感豐富。好食到清晒🤭鹹檸七喺出邊絕對係加錢特飲，呢度竟然跟餐免費🆓 食完啲濃味野
