潮州菜有兩樣必食之選,1是製鹵水鵝,2是凍海鮮。開飯前先來個功夫茶,味濃解膩。護國菜湯是的代表名菜之一,材料非常簡單,是用配以、煨制而成的。味道幾香,有海鮮清甜味。花甲蕃茄酸菜湯,潮州酸菜好香,酸味調中。鹵水三寶,有鵝肝、鵝肉同鵝腸,鹵水味香唔咸。鵝肝軟滑無血腥味。鵝肉有咬口,肉濃唔“梅”。鵝腸晶瑩剔透,爽口彈牙。好味既鹵水一定唔可以過咸但又要有鹵水香,呢個鹵水三寶就可以達到要求,而且價錢又唔算費。凍海鮮我地揀左大眼雞,潮州海鮮通常配上黃豆醬。黃豆香比鼓油香,又唔會影響海鮮既鮮味,但又唔會好咸,好甲味好正!方魚潮州魚丸上湯菜,方魚好似食粥個d柴魚,魚丸爽口彈牙有魚味。

凍海鮮我地揀左大眼雞,潮州海鮮通常配上黃豆醬。黃豆香比鼓油香,又唔會影響海鮮既鮮味,但又唔會好咸,好甲味好正!
