黃埔新開左一間壽司店,原來係立鮨嘅姊妹店,尼間唔再係企係到食壽司,而係舒舒服服坐係到享受高級廚師發板壽司🍣餐廳有好多廚師發板壽司set,400幾至千五都有。我揀左480蚊嘅Omakase Set 🇯🇵壽司12件包括以下:- 小肌魚,配紫蘇葉絲- 漿烏賊,呢種烏賊口感食落比較黏口,中間有塊乾海苔,面頭亦有新鮮海苔醬- 北海道帆立貝,加咗少少青檸汁會提升佢嘅清新度- 赤貝,撒上少少柚子皮- 間八魚,配上蛋黃魚肝醬,味道更濃郁- 深海池魚,撒上烏魚子粉- 磯雪昆布配松葉蟹及馬糞海膽,新鮮食昆布會比較脆,食落口就好煙韌,馬糞海膽好鮮甜- 櫻鱒,屬於三文魚近親,比三文魚高級好多食落去冇咁油膩- 火炙銀鱈魚,配上自家製燒汁有蒜蓉味- 車海老,配上縞蝦嘅蝦膏同蝦籽- 醬油漬赤身,比較濃味- 星鰻,配上自家製鰻魚汁味道較濃🇯🇵蝦製麵豉湯🇯🇵北海道豆腐雪糕@sushitatsuhk 鮨竜 (紅磡)紅磡必嘉街120號黃埔天地第三期百寶坊地下G9號舖
