To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這家位於深水埗的添好運點心店真是火得不得了!剛開店就一大批人排隊,其中不乏專門聞名而來的外地遊客,滿寬敞的店舖,瞬間就坐滿了人。我們點了這裡比較有名的點心,全部都非常好吃。甜而不膩的桂花糕,清淡可口的布拉腸粉,十分惹入味的豆豉汁蒸風爪,香滑蓬鬆的馬拉糕,。真是個個好吃的沒得說。不過最讓我推薦的是這兒的酥皮焗叉燒包!一咬開酥脆的外皮,裏面香濃的叉燒肉餡隨即滑出,恰到好處,讓人忍不住接連吃上幾個都停不下來。上菜速度快,物美價廉,實在是值得一來的地方
