To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早幾日去咗酒樓大閘蟹放題😍第一次食大閘蟹放題好興奮🤣🤣🤣👍🏻先講前菜同其他小食,除咗大閘蟹之外,酒樓仲提供好多款食物,例如扁皮鴨!真係超級正,片皮鴨平時喺出邊食都唔平,兩個人食咗一大碟🤣然後仲有蟹肉扒豆苗,yum yum 子😍😍😍跟住仲有咕嚕肉,好正啊!仲有一個花膠雞湯🥹啲花膠好大嚿真係不得了!重頭戲嚟啦!大閘蟹都有分三種,有普通清蒸,鹽焗同埋花雕蒸!我哋三隻都有試!大閘蟹本身我哋預咗可能要20分鐘先會出來,但其實等咗10分鐘左右就有得食,非常好!慳返好多時間🤣🤣🤣當中我哋覺得鹽焗大閘蟹最好食,當日我哋食嘅蟹入邊有一隻係乸,超爆糕!!!其他公嘅都唔錯,一人食咗10隻左右🤣🤣🤣所以時間上係非常充裕!而且員工都非常幫手,提供種類嘅用具同埋見到我哋隻手污糟,主動幫我哋拎嘢飲!除咗大閘蟹之外,如果當普通去酒樓食飯都抵食㗎 !因為有片皮鴨仲有小菜!
