To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同朋友一行三係呢度打邊爐,每人盛為300元港紙,整體性價比低,唔推薦大家黎。環境:呢到主打懷舊風,設計特別,但我地坐既位置係冇咩特別設計...想影張相都唔係好靚。每張枱都唔係好近,還可接受。食物:今次叫左花膠雞煲,確實有幾塊大片花膠,不過雞唔鮮,而且鞋口,略為失色。而且呢度飲品種類選擇極少,只係得最基本嘅可樂、忌廉、七喜,如果你想飲其他嘢又要額外加錢!至於呢度火鍋配料嘅選擇其實亦都唔係好多,呢度嘅肥牛亦都唔係特別出色!雖然又未至於會食落好難咬開,但係牛肉都冇牛味,完全唔會覺得自己係食緊肥牛!其他配料選擇亦都好一般,都係一般嘅芝士腸、芝心丸、午餐肉....我比得$300就唔會係預食啲我比百幾$200就可以食到嘅嘢囉..就算你話佢係主打湯底唔係火鍋配料,呢度嘅湯底好鹹,而且食完好口渴..感覺上好味精!一坐落佢就會提供豉油同埋蔥辣椒等你自己配搭想要嘅醬汁,當你以為佢好貼心嘅時候,賣單你就會發現原來醬料要額外收費!已經收緊成$300一位嘅時候仲要收我$13醬汁費!而且個豉油係淡而無味,我同朋友基本上冇點樣點過d豉油!服務:好一般!叫咗碟娃娃菜,催左三次都無人送來!而且呢度嘅枱唔算多,完全唔
