To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 難得平日來到市中心,見壽司郎新開張,本來想試一試,但一看到排長龍,即刻放棄了,逛到牛角附近,沒有人排隊而可以立刻入座,就一個人吃燒肉吧!位置:在牧羊咖啡館對面。環境:面積大,分開左右兩邊,座位大部分是卡座,沒有很大的油煙味,座位寬敞舒適,以木系作裝潢特色。服務:服務員仔細介紹桌上的用品,很貼心,上菜都在約五分鐘內。午市:燒肉特盛合定食G餐(最貴的一個)$228,每一個套餐皆有牛角飯、沙津、昆布湯、熱飲。燒肉有和牛三種,分別是日本佐賀A5和牛、美國SRF和牛及牛板腱,再加兩款二品牛肋肉和肩脊肉,配上辛味醬汁。五款之中,日本佐賀A5和牛的牛味最濃和好吃,雖不未到入口即溶,但口感的確細嫩,雪花比例均衡而漂亮,就算我燒到全熟都不韌。至於美國的和牛口感跟日本差不多,其他燒肉都很嫩口,再配上牛角專門特製的蒜鹽,味道更加一流。另外一個賣點是牛角飯,這碗飯只是蔥花、紫菜和牛角汁拌飯都美味,難怪人人來到都會吃兩碗。至於其他昆布湯和沙津就一般了,昆布湯給我的感覺像水一樣,其實有沒有這個湯都沒所謂吧!整個套餐加一服務費是250,由於我只是吃了一碗牛角飯,所以剛好飽九成。但其實以這個價錢可以在一間高質西餐廳吃

整個套餐加一服務費是250,由於我只是吃了一碗牛角飯,所以剛好飽九成。但其實以這個價錢可以在一間高質西餐廳吃兩個餐,就頓時感到不是物超所值,試一次就可以了。
